Founded in 1973 by Ron Lapin, we are a fully operational sheet metal contractor specializing in manufacturing and installing commercial and industrial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. We consistently complete projects with the highest degree of customer satisfaction while being competitive and cost-efficient.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is fully automated for timely performance and project completion. We can also custom manufacture and pre-assemble all types of ductwork for a wide range of projects.
We offer leading-edge technologies in a demanding construction market. We use AutoCAD shop drawing development, Building Information Modeling (BIM), the robotic surveying system Trimble Total Station, and Navisworks for collision checking and coordination.
Fabricating and installing clean duct systems is also a standard procedure. We provide specialty duct systems for aerospace, industrial, and commercial projects. We are a leader in the procurement of clean duct systems for healthcare facilities, medical centers, and Florida's Space Industry.
